Let's Keep Things Simple:
If you've decided to return something, just ensure it's as you found it - unused, in its original wrapping. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase, that will help speed things up.

Want to chat about a return? Drop us a message at shop@thegrandstrategium.com. Once we're all aligned, we’ll send over a return shipping label and all the details you'll need. Just a small request - please touch base before sending anything back, so we know to expect it.

When Your Return Arrives:
Once we get your item back, we'll give it a once-over. If there's any hiccup - be it a little defect, damage, or a mix-up in the order, we'll jump right on it to make things right.
A Few Exceptions:
Just a heads up, some things can't come back to us. That includes perishables, unique custom pieces, and a select few personal care items. Oh, and items that are hazardous, flammable, or gaseous. Let's also remember, back orders, pre-orders, and made-to-order items have a no-refund policy. If ever in doubt, just drop us a line!
Goodies on sale, prizes, and gift cards are final sale - they can't be returned.
Thinking of an Exchange?:
If you're eyeing an exchange, the quickest way is to return your current item and then order the new one separately. We’ll get it sorted!
About Refunds:
As soon as we’ve had a look at your return and everything checks out, we’ll get the ball rolling on your refund. It’ll head straight back to your original payment method. Sometimes banks take a bit to show refunds, so hang tight if you don’t see it right away.
