- Once your payment has been processed, we will aim to have your order ready to collect with-in an hour (according to our opening times of course!). This is not a guarantee so we ask you wait for the confirmation email before coming to the store to pick up your order!
2. **Cancellations / Uncollected Items**:
- In the event that an order is cancelled, or not collected within 7 days, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee at our discretion. This charge is to cover the administrative and inventory management costs associated with reserving and handling your order.
3. **Proof of Purchase and Identification**:
- When collecting your item(s), please bring along a copy of your purchase email (either printed or digital) and a valid form of identification (such as a driver's license, passport, or any government-issued ID).
